About Chris:

Growing up Chris was obsessed with sports and harboured dreams of one day playing professionally, whether it was football, rugby, hockey… Anything that would have him! When these lofty ambitions faded Chris wanted to find an avenue in which he could be hands on, dedicated, social and just generally help people in their day to day lives, and this is where he found osteopathy. Chris attended the British School of Osteopathy straight from school at the age of 18 and has been enjoying his job ever since!

His treatment approach varies depending on each patients’ needs; however, he always aims to address problems holistically. Chris not only treats the symptoms but also tries to identify and treat the root cause of any issue to prevent re-injury.

Chris utilises a mixture of safe manipulations, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and long lever stretches. He likes his patients to understand their bodies and believes the more we know, the better prepared we are to stop any symptoms recurring.

On a personal level Chris is an avid sports fan and prides himself in the ability to hold a conversation about any sport (Tiddlywinks aside). He has also recently returned from his travels through Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, and is passionate about exploring far corners of the world and experiencing new cultures and activities.
